Queen Conch Lesson Plans
The Queen Conch lesson plans are designed to be used with the education modules and are separated into five different categories:
History and Socioeconomics; Geography, Habitat, and Biology; Fisheries Management; Aquaculture; and Aquariums in the Classroom.
Each lesson has several activities for the students, as well as supplemental information and activity sheets
The Queen Conch Lesson plans are designed for middle school and high school students. Each lesson lists the integrated subjects,
essential skills, Sunshine State Standards, National Science Education Standards, and duration. Please use each lesson as a guide,
as you build your own conch curriculum for the classroom.
The lesson plans are available here electronically or a printed and bound version of these lessons is also available for purchase
